The Three Common Male Enhancement Exercises That You Should Do

There are scores of products on the male enhancement market making claims about being able to increase the size of the penis, contributing to harder and firmer erections, and also to improve sexual performance in bed.

Can these products work on their own without the performance of manual exercises. Rather than make any blanket statements about the effectiveness of the various products available on the market, it would be best to simply note that combining supplements with manual male enhancement exercises would be the wiser strategy.

This can raise concerns about which exercises are the very best to perform. Different men might experience different results from performing different exercises. There are, however, three exercises most men will find very helpful.

Through properly and consistently performing these exercises, increases in length and girth might be possible.

How Manual Exercises Work

For many years, it was assumed that manual male enhancement exercises to increase the size of the penis were a mere myth. Even men’s magazines would state that manual exercises do not work.

Now, we know this is not the case and has never been the case. Manual exercises have been used successfully over thousands of years and were common practices in many cultures.

The penis is made of tissue and when stress is placed on the tissue, it can expand in size. The size increases can be in length or thickness. Cellular division is what occurs to cause the increase in the size of the penis.

Cellular division is when one cell becomes two. So, if constant stress is placed on the tissue of the penis, the cells end up dividing. The makes the penis longer. Also, the chambers in the penis that hold blood when an erection occurs become larger.

The larger these chambers are, the thicker the penis can become.

The ligaments that hold the inner penis to the pubic bone can also be lengthened through certain exercises. A portion of the penis is located inside the body and, once the ligaments are stretched, a portion of the penis might end up being revealed. In other words, the penis becomes longer.

How to achieve such goals leads up to the top three manual penis enlargement exercises.

Stretching is the common way in which the length of the penis can be increased. Squeezing (jelging) exercises are the ones capable of enhancing the girth of the penis.

#1 The Basic Stretching Exercise And A Variant

A Stretch Exercise

The most basic stretching exercise for the penis would be to make an okay sign with the fingers underneath the head of the penis and pull it away from the body. Hold the penis away from the body for about ten seconds and release.

Change the directions in which the penis is pulled away from the body. This workout should last about 5 minutes. The variant some will employ entail bringing your other hand into the process and making the okay sign around the base of the penis and pushing down.

This is down to make a double direction stretch for which, in turn, can put even more stress on the tissue of the penis.

#2 The Wet Jelq To Increase Penis Thickening

Jelq Exercises

Jelqing is commonly performed for the purpose of increasing the thickness of the penis. The basic way jelqing is performed is to make an okay sign with the hand around the base of a partially erect penis.

Then, the blood from the base of the penis is to be milked towards the head. Often, this exercise is performed with dry skin which can be more than a little uncomfortable. The wet jelq is an alternative to this method.

Basically, a wet jelq is performed when a slight amount of lubrication is rubbed into the base of the penis.

#3 The Spinning Method

The spinning method is a variation on the first exercise. The way it works is relatively simple. Basically, the penis is gripped around the head and stretched away from the body. Then, it is twirled (so to speak) in a circular manner allowing various different angles of the penis to be stressed.

This is primarily a lengthening exercise, but it might offer some girth increases.

Note: anyone wishing to use these male enhancement exercises MUST perform further research detailing the proper way to do them. The three listed here are only presented in an overview manner.

    I’m so glad I discovered your site, so far it’s been very helpful to me in my never ending quest to become more confident and possess better self-esteem. Obviously I’ve struggled quite a bit with the size of my penis, it’s embarrassing to be a sexually active 20-something when you aren’t particularly large at all, below average even. So while I do appreciate all this information, I have a few concerns; if I use an extender, perform these manual exercises, and take VigRX Plus daily for several months, how long will the size increase last? Will it be permanent after a certain point or does one need to keep up the habits to maintain the larger size? Also, is there a threshold to how large you can go between exercises and supplements?       Size increase is the process and it takes time. Our bodies react differently to various ingredients so I can’t tell you exactly what kind of size increase you’ll get. However, usually it takes 6-12 months to see 1.5-2in size increase

      As for the results.. Results are permanent and will never go away. You can stop taking pills / doing exercises as soon after your goal has been achieved.

    Hi Dario McNut. The infomation you and others give are real helpful. My question for you is: I take the male enhancement pill from our corner store lol called herb viagra. It works meaning it gets the job done! But i saw you told someone to combine pill & exercises together and you increase your size over time. But i only take the pill on weekend and I exercise everyday not as long as I should but I do what it can. Should i take this pill everyday like you stated?       Thanks for your question but i’m not quite sure why do you take viagra if you want to increase your size. Viagra increases sexual desire and not size. If you want to increase your size you should take other products especially designed for such thing.

    Um, I hate to tell you this, but….Viagra does NOT increase sexual desire. At ALL. Drugs like Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra are VASODILATORS, and therefore, they increase blood flow to the penis, helping to create an erection. Now, this increase in blood flow to the penis may very well help to increase size permanently when combined with the appropriate exercises. But ED drugs do NOT, and NEVER WILL, INCREASE sexual desire!

    Hey, Dario! So I’ve been practising using jelquing and stretching. Are those results going to be permanent, and on estimation, how much increase will I obtain over time?

      Usually you should see first results within 5-7 weeks of daily exercising. And it might take upto one year to get extra 2-3 inches. But it’s doable for sure. Results are permanent and you can stop doing your routines after you’ve achieved your goals.

      As for the injuries there shouldn’t be any but make sure you start slowly. Take it easy. I also recommend you to get professional set of exercises.     Hi Dario,

    To start off this is the first time that I’ve been on your website and I can tell that it’s something that ill keep coming back to. They are lots of great information and help for all types of problems. I do have a couple of questions that I haven’t been able to find solid answers to.
    Q1. I have a pretty good sex drive I believe with multiple erections throughout the day but when I have sex my erection will last about les than 5 minutes on average, even as little as 30 seconds till ejaculation if I haven’t had sex in a while. What could I do to last longer without the need of permanent pill regiments.

    Q2. I have a good penis size but my concern is that I have a deviated penis. It curves to the right during erections. Are there any exercise which would help me straighten my penis?

      The best advice that i can give you is to start doing exercises. I’m sure those top 3 exercises will the the right choice for your. They should help you to last longer as well as will increase your size over time.

      As for the curves issue – I don’t recommend you to go for surgery for sure. You can try a traction device AKA penis extender. The solid one that i can think of called Sizegenetics. You can check out full review here. It will help with curved penis. However are you sure you want to do this? Maybe the issue (curved penis) is just in your head?

      As for the 3rd question – 30 mins is totally normal 🙂

    Hi, I am very pleased with my penis length. It is just shy of 9 inches erect. But it is only 4.75 inches circumference and bends a fair bit to the left. What would be the best way for me to straighten and add some girth. I know 4.75 is average, but I am uncomfortable with the looks of it that thin and bent. Plus at times the bend can be uncomfortable for my wife in certain positions. And no it is not the length causing her the discomfort, it can happen when I am barley half way in.       You condition is called Peyronie’s disease (you can check wikipedia’s article about it). There are a few options that will help you.

      – The first one is obviously surgery which is costly and quite painful. Pros: Results are instant. Cons: Very costly & possible side effects
      – The second one is manual exercises: jelquing, stretching and Kegel’s. Pros: Free. Cons: It’ll take some time until you see results.

        Thanks Dario, I have begun the stretching and jelqing excersises. Hopefully at least I can get my penis straightened out, that is my main concern, plus the extra girth would be a bonus.
